Digital Passport
The Challenge
The New Zealand Ministry of Education announced that teachers must implement the new Digital Technologies Curriculum within three years, but they did not provide any resources for their teachers. 73,000 teachers were overwhelmed to change their teaching behaviors, methodologies, and content.
The Solution
We developed the ‘Digital Passport’, an educational platform that empowers teachers to deliver key digital competencies with confidence to children in every corner of New Zealand. The web-based platform consisted of short videos and simple modules to help teachers learn essential skills for the workplace.
My Role

Led the product strategy for a cross-functional team of 20 people, including script writers film directors, graphic designers, actors, web developers, marketers, etc.

Spearheaded the research plan, led ethnographies, identified personas, prototyped wireframes, and conducted product testing.
